In over a decade of operations M&CM has built up what is now the largest dedicated network of its kind in the country.

Together with our international links with organisations in Belgium and the Netherlands and our involvement with clients in Greece and West Africa, we have the ability to offer a service across a wide range of geographical locations.

The network has been designed and is maintained to provide a robust, sustainable and flexible response mechanism. Through the Duty Officer system M&CM has the ability, if necessary, to draw upon resources from different areas to meet crisis demands. This controlled deployment means that no areas are left exposed.

It remains our policy to match recruitment with risk. M&CM are aware that we may have two, three or more incidents at the same time and staffing levels are always maintained to cover that risk.

The complex availability schedules for all our teams are overhauled daily and are maintained by our head office administration.
