Good risk assessment for crisis planning starts with a “scorched earth” scenario – everything gone. But many companies do not have alternative arrangements in those circumstances. The result is that the crisis takes longer to resolve and the business takes longer to get back on its feet.

The M&CM Incident Room is fully equipped with a separate telephone network and dedicated computer set up with capacity to receive and transmit incident logs to a nominated location.

Team members are all trained to Incident Manager level in the bp ICS Incident Management System and have been regularly exercised in their roles. The majority of our team are former members of the emergency services and have a wealth of experience in dealing with incidents large and small.
